PURITII™ AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM LIFETIME WARRANTY

This Puritii Air Purification System Lifetime Warranty is provided to you, the original purchaser, by Assurance Financial and Warranty Services, LLC (“Assurance Financial”), which warrants all
parts of this Puritii Air Purification System (the “System”) as described below. This Warranty will be serviced by ARIIX, LLC (“ARIIX”).

Satisfaction Guarantee

ARIIX stands behind the quality of the Puritii Air Purification System and guarantees your 100% satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may
return the System within 100 days of purchase for a replacement, refund, or equivalent ARIIX credit.

Warranty Coverage

This Warranty covers the original purchaser of the System. This Warranty is not transferable and is void upon transfer of the System to another person. Assurance Financial warrants that the System—except for the filter cartridges—will not be defective under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser, provided that the original purchaser meets the conditions of the Warranty as explained below. The System will be considered “defective” if it is defective in materials or workmanship and if the defect materially impairs the performance or value of the System to the original purchaser. “Normal use” of the System is non-industrial operation of the System in an indoor home or office.

Exclusions from Coverage

This Warranty does not cover the following:

Any damage resulting from failure to properly maintain the system, such as failure to replace the System’s filter cartridge at least once annually.

Any damage resulting from the use of any part or accessory that is not compatible with the System and which is not supplied by the manufacturer.

Any damage resulting from improper repair, modification, alteration, or maintenance of the System by anyone other than a warranty service representative who is authorized by Assurance Financial.

Any damage resulting from misuse of the System—use that is different than the recommended normal use instructions included in the Puritii Air Purification System.

Owner’s Manual.

Any damage resulting from abuse, accident, improper installation or use, alteration, neglect, interruption in electrical service, or improper environmental conditions (such as lightning, fire, flood, or other acts of God).

Coverage Duration

The Warranty coverage begins on the purchase date. The Warranty must be purchased at the time the System is purchased. The Warranty period lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser, provided that the original purchaser meets the conditions of this Warranty as explained below. This Warranty is not transferable and is void upon transfer of the System to another person.

7 Free Filters One per Year

This Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. EXCEPT FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AT ASSURANCE FINANCIAL’S OPTION THAT IS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, ASSURANCE FINANCIAL EXTENDS NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR PURPOSE FOR WHICH SOLD, EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SPECIFIED ABOVE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ASSURANCE FINANCIAL OR ARIIX BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY MANUFACTURE OR SALE OF ARIIX’S PRODUCTS UNDER ANY TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, CONTRACT, OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, OR FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY EXPRESSED HEREIN CONSTITUTES THE SOLE AND ENTIRE WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE SYSTEM AND IS IN PLACE OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

THIS WARRANTY MAY NOT BE EXPANDED OR EXTENDED BY ANY ORAL REPRESENTATION, WRITTEN SALES INFORMATION, ADVERTISING, DRAWINGS, OR OTHERWISE. ASSURANCE FINANICAL AND ARIIX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE HEREHUNDER FOR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE REMEDIES OF THE PURHCASER WILL BE LIMITED TO THOS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY TO THE EXCLUSION OF ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This Warranty will be governed by and interpreted according to Utah law. Any lawsuit or other action that arises out of, relates to, or is in connection with the manufacture or sale will be governed by Utah law, and the venue for any such action will be the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The original purchaser must meet the following conditions to activate the Warranty and maintain
the Warranty’s active status throughout the Warranty period:
1. The original purchaser must register the System with ARIIX within 90 days of purchasing
the system. Registration requires the original purchaser to provide the System’s serial
number to ARIIX (a) through the X-Office online portal, (b) by calling ARIIX Customer
Support, or (c) by mailing the Warranty card to ARIIX that came with the System.
2. Maintain a copy of the proof of purchase (sales receipt or some other form of proof of
purchase) throughout the Warranty period.
3. The original purchaser must replace the filter cartridge in the System at least once a year
to maintain the System in working order.
4. If the original purchaser was an ARIIX representative when he or she purchased the
System and the Warranty, the representative must maintain an active account with ARIIX.
Failure to meet these conditions will void the Warranty.

If any System that has not been altered or subjected to tampering, misuse, or abuse is defective during the Warranty period, then Assurance Financial will either repair or replace the defective System or System part at its expense. At the discretion of Assurance Financial, if replacement of the System is required, Assurance Financial will replace the System one time only during the Warranty period with a new, equivalent, or greater-value System. Assurance Financial will not pay for the shipping costs to ship the System or System part for repair. Once repaired, Assurance Financial will pay the shipping costs to return the System or System part to the original purchaser.

For service under this Warranty, the original purchaser must contact ARIIX Customer Support by telephone at 855-GO-ARIIX (855-462-7449) before returning the System, for shipping and handling instructions. Then return the claimed defective System or System part to the address given by the Customer Support agent together with a copy of the proof of purchase and a brief description of the System defect.

The original purchaser must notify ARIIX of the claimed defect by writing or by telephone within 30 days after discovery of the claimed defect. Upon receipt of a System or System part that is claimed to be defective, Assurance Financial will determine whether or not the System or System part is defective. By accepting a returned System or System part for inspection, Assurance Financial and ARIIX do not concede that the returned System or System part is defective. If, in Assurance Financial’s opinion, the System or System part is not defective, it will be returned to
the original purchaser.

THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AGREES THAT THESE REMEDIES ARE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
